Perma-Hand Black Braided Silk Suture with 36 mm 1/2 Circle MH Taperpoint Needle, 30 inches long, Size 1, is a sterile, nonabsorbable surgical suture manufactured from an organic protein–based silk material. The braided construction enhances tensile strength and flexibility, supporting precise tissue approximation in a wide range of surgical procedures. The suture is dyed black to improve visibility against tissue during placement and knot tying.

The silk strands are carefully processed to remove natural waxes and gums, ensuring uniformity and dependable performance.
