Description

The Puracyn Plus Wound Cleansing Solution is a 16 oz. instill/spikeable bottle designed for safe and effective wound irrigation. Formulated with 0.24% hypochlorous acid, it provides antimicrobial activity without cytotoxic effects, supporting the cleansing of chronic and acute wounds. The solution is suitable for various wound types, including burns, grafted sites, donor sites, abrasions, skin irritation, pressure ulcers, diabetic ulcers, and stasis ulcers.

The instill/spikeable bottle configuration allows for direct application or connection to negative pressure wound therapy systems, ultrasonic debridement, hydrosurgery debridement, and pulse lavage devices. This design facilitates controlled irrigation of the wound bed while maintaining sterility and minimizing exposure to external contaminants. A septum cap and hanger system support safe handling and convenient use in clinical environments.
